Besides the houses and sub-projects that we want to realize as a group, living together is also an important aspect of our project. It can only be realized as a group effort. Even after the houses have been built, joint activity and responsibility will still be a prominent part of the project, such as the maintenance of green and shared areas.

But our vision of a community goes a step further than the need to undertake practical things together.

We see living together and the corresponding interdependence as valuable in its own right. We choose for being in relationship with one another. This does not mean you are obliged regularly to sit with each other over coffee, though - most of us value our privacy.
